Nomilog-kun Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Introduction)

The operator of Nomilog-kun (hereinafter referred to as “we”) establishes the following Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information within the “Nomilog-kun” app (hereinafter referred to as “this app”).

Article 2 (Information Collected)

The information collected and stored by this app is as follows:

・Drinking records (type of alcohol consumed, amount, date and time, notes) ・App settings (display settings, notification settings, etc.) ・Mascot collection information (characters you have obtained) ・Healthcare data: We only write net alcohol content to the Apple Health app. We do not read any data.

Drinking records and settings are stored on your device. Mascot collection information may be synchronized with other devices using the same Apple ID via Apple’s iCloud service. Apple’s Privacy Policy applies to the use of iCloud.

Article 3 (Purpose of Use of Information)

The collected information will be used solely for the following purposes:

・Displaying and managing drinking records within the app ・Displaying status on the Home screen widget ・Integration with the Apple Health app

Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)

We do not transmit user information to external servers, nor do we provide it to third parties.

Article 5 (Use of External Services)

This app does not use external analytics tools or advertising SDKs.

In-app purchases (ticket purchases) are processed through Apple’s StoreKit. All payment information is managed by Apple, and we do not collect or store card information or similar data.

Article 6 (Age Restrictions)

This app is intended for users who are of legal drinking age (20 years or older in Japan).
